Terms of Service for InstaDWN

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the https://instadwn.com website (the "Service") operated by InstaDWN ("us", "we", or "our").

InstaDWN provides a web-based tool that allows users to download publicly available content from Instagram for personal, non-commercial use. The Service is intended to help users save their own content or content that they have explicit permission from the copyright holder to download.

  • You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of InstaDWN.

Downloaded Content: All intellectual property rights in the content downloaded from Instagram through our Service belong to the respective owners of such content (i.e., the original uploader or copyright holder). InstaDWN does not claim any ownership rights to the content downloaded by users. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any downloaded content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
