Terms of Service — InstaDwn API

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the InstaDwn API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InstaDwn API provides programmatic access to publicly available Instagram data. The Service includes API endpoints for retrieving user profiles, posts, stories, highlights, reels, comments, locations, and hashtag data.

3. API Usage

You must use a valid API key for all requests.
You agree not to exceed your plan's rate limits and request quotas.
API keys are personal and must not be shared or published publicly.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API key.
Automated scraping that violates Instagram's Terms of Service is prohibited.

4. Prohibited Uses

Using the Service for spamming, harassment, or any illegal activity.
Attempting to bypass rate limits or security measures.
Reselling raw API access without adding substantial value.
Collecting private user data without consent.

5. Availability & SLA

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

6. Pricing & Payments

The free Basic plan includes 30 requests per month. Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
